LISBON — In County Municipal Court, Tiffany M. Rosenberg, 20, Ron Park Place, Boardman, was bound over to the Common Pleas Court grand jury on charges of OVI first offense, left of center, a turn signals violation, possession of drug abuse instruments, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. She allegedly hid 14 grams of methamphetamines in her vaginal cavity on Aug. 1, when she was stopped after nearly driving into a light pole. Columbiana police also reportedly found a digital scale and a suspected crack pipe in the vehicle.

Timothy J. Johnson, 38, Roller Coaster Road, Lisbon, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of receiving stolen property and use of an unauthorized plate. A turn signals violation was dismissed. Johnson allegedly had a stolen registration sticker on his license plate on July 11.

Mitchel Omar Lacey, 47, Freeman Road, Lisbon, was fined $1,375, had his license suspended for two years, required 40 hours community service, credited with a day in jail and sentenced to an additional 19 days in jail for OVI first offense, expired tags, marked lanes, speeding and four counts of driving under suspension, as well as a theft charge for stealing candy from Smith Oil on May 19.

Harold R. Frederick, 58, East Lake Road, Lisbon, was fined $675, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and weaving. A no license citation was dismissed.

Christie L. Schnader, 38, Akron, was credited with eight days served in jail and sentenced to an additional 22 days in jail for illegal possession of drug paraphernalia for a syringe used for injecting methamphetamines found in her possession on July 30.

Scott A. Maxwell, 49, Park Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $130 for a license forfeiture suspension and a seat belt violation.

A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Nicole L. Haynes, 30, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under suspension.

An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Jioni J. Smith, 19, Moon Township, Pa., cited with possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a grinder.

A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Emoni S. Haskins, 22, Youngstown, cited with possession of marijuana.

Jack R. Veon II, 40, Quincy Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $75 for open burning.

Edward M. Mellott Jr., 48, Lodge Road, Leetonia, was fined $50 for failure to register a rental unit.

William E. Fry, 79, Grafton Road, Leetonia, was fined $50 for driving under suspension.

Melissa Lyn Schaefer, 37, Pittsburgh, Pa., was fined $30 for speeding.
