LISBON — In County Municipal Court, Kara I. Kramp, 18, Fair Avenue, Salem, was bound over to the Common Pleas Court grand jury on a burglary charge for allegedly entering the home of Kevin McCormick, Main Street, Leetonia, along with other co-defendants, without the owner’s permission on July 24. A second burglary charge for allegedly taking the 2009 Ford Explorer truck belonging to McCormick was dismissed.

A Sept. 17 pretrial was set for Phyllis Rance, 60, Prospect Street, Salem, charged with OVI second offense and marked lanes.

A Sept. 23 pretrial was set for Brittney J. Welling, 22, New Garden Avenue, Salem, cited with OVI first offense.

Ronald A. Mayhew, 29, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $680, had his license suspended for a year, required 70 hours community service, credited with eight days served in jail and sentenced to an additional 25 days in jail for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, marked lanes and a seat belt violation.

Jeffrey S. Murphy, 52, Enon Valley, Pa., was fined $400 and credited with two days in jail for no license and reckless operation amended from OVI breath second offense.

Lee A. Courtney, 53, Buckeye Avenue, Salem, was fined $300, credited with two days in jail and required 40 hours community service for menacing and criminal trespassing. On April 27, Courtney entered a home on East Fifth Street in Salem without permission and while there threatened to burn down the home of Kurtis Materna.

Chance J. Osborn, 34, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was credited with a day served in jail, sentenced to an additional nine days in jail and fined $100 for obstructing official business for going into his home, locking the door and hiding in the insulation of an attic from deputies on Monday.

An Aug. 19 pretrial was set for Isaac R. Faulkner, 18, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly telling police a missing 14-year-old girl was not in his home, when she was found hiding in a room downstairs on Tuesday.

Jose Luis Negroni Feliciano, 20, Campbell, was fined $430, sentenced to three days in jail and required 40 hours community service for failure to stop after an accident, assured clear distance, speeding and two counts of expired license.

Brandon M. Hill, 31, Haiti Road, Salineville, was fined $250, required to pay $775 in restitution to Thomas Summers, ordered 40 hours community service, credited with four days served in jail and sentenced to an additional six days in jail for assault and criminal damaging. On Aug. 8, Hill punched Summers in the face and broke out the windows of several vehicles parked in Summers’ yard on Haiti Road, Salineville.

Derek R. Westover, 33, Fairmont Road, Elkton, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

James P. Vaughn, 20, Boardman, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for speeding.

Thomas A. Powers, 62, North Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $150, credited with three days served in jail and required 10 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from violating a temporary protection order. On Feb. 28, Powers asked his brother to place an envelope on the door of Kelli Horner, who had a protection order against him.

David A. Sheely, 28, North Elm Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from obstructing official business. Sheely had moved the driver of a vehicle from the driver’s seat following a crash on Feb. 18 and claimed he was the driver.

Brandon A. Klinginsmith, 27, Reeder Avenue, Alliance, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

A Sept. 24 pretrial was set for Camille Birone, 21, East Pershing Street, Salem, cited with possession of drug paraphernalia.

A Sept. 23 pretrial was set for Cody R. Andrews, 19, state Route 170, East Palestine, cited with underage consumption.

Connie Erwin, 62, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.

Michael B. Ryan, 57, Toronto, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana.

Loyal Lee Miller, 56, West Perry Street, Salem, was fined $75 for expired license.
