Angela Hoder, no information provided, was cited at 7 p.m. Wednesday for left of center on state Route 267. During the traffic stop, office, officers found several buprenorphine pills during a consent search in a cellophane wrapper in her purse, which she said a friend had bought for her. The pills were sent to the crime lab with other possible charges pending.

A disturbance was investigated on Y&O Road shortly after midnight Thursday.

A raccoon was acting strangely (possibly rabid) at 1:17 p.m. Friday in the 16000 block of state Route 267. Officers attempted to safely dispatch the animal.

Zackery Strub, no information provided, was cited at 7:33 p.m. Friday in the 16000 block of Dresden Avenue on a charge of driving under FRA suspension, after an officer observed him operating a car despite being suspended for non-compliance and citing him three days before. By the time, the officer had turned around to stop them, the car’s three occupants had parked near Arby’s and were out of the vehicle, walking towards Walmart. Strub also couldn’t provide proof of insurance for the vehicle, which was towed.

A subject reported at 9:04 p.m. Sunday that his ex-girlfriend kept circling the parking lot at Walmart, where he is employed, and staring at him.

Officers were dispatched at 1:42 a.m. Sunday to Gretchen’s Lock, where a vehicle struck a guard rail. The vehicle was disabled and towed.
