St Clair Township Police Reports

Police responded at 9:33 a.m. Sunday to the 50000 block of Stagecoach Road to a domestic disturbance, where an estranged couple were disputing ownership of various possessions. The subjects were told that to obtain legal counsel to settle any property disputes.

Brandi R. Blanton was arrested at 2:47 p.m. Saturday at Calcutta Walmart on a charge of petty theft, after allegedly failing to pay for some of the merchandise, which employees allege she intentionally failed to scan in the self-checkout.

An officer responded to the 16000 block of Coolidge Street in reference to a theft.

Christopher Woolmaker was served at 4:30 p.m. Friday in the 12000 block of Echo Dell, after being arrested on active warrants through the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office.

The Ohio Highway Patrol requested K-9 Noras for an open air sniff on a vehicle stopped at Pond Street and St. Clair Avenue. After Noras alerted, a trooper found allegedly methamphetamine between the driver’s side and seat area and a mobile meth lab in the trunk. East Liverpool Fire Department rendered the area safe, and suspected marijuana and prescription pills also were found. The Ohio Highway Patrol is investigating possible charges.

Officers responded to a possible shoplifter at 4:33 p.m. Friday in JCPenney’s.

Police were dispatched to a residence in the 50000 block of Grimms Bridge Road for a possible domestic at 10:43 p.m. Friday and removed a woman’s ex-boyfriend from the property.

Future charges may be pending against a woman whose license plates didn’t match with the vehicle that she drove at 6:09 p.m. Friday in the first block of St. Clair Avenue. K9 Noras alerted on the woman’s purse, where an orange oval pill was discovered. She denied knowledge of the pill and it is being sent out for testing. She was warned about the plates.
