In county Municipal Court, Eric Foster Smith, 23, Moundsville, W.Va., was fined $925, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, left of center,possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. He had both marijuana and a glass cartridge of hash oil.

Glenn A. Brogan, 51, Prospect Street, Salem, was fined $700, had his license suspended for a year, credited with a day in jail, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to control.

A May 31 pretrial was set for Paul K. Joy, 48, East Fifth Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and traffic control devices.

A May 9 pretrial was set for Stephen Grimm, 33, Fairfield Avenue, Columbiana, cited with OVI first offense and a turn signals violation.

Donald C. Wilcome, 58, Apples Way Drive, Leetonia, was fined $700, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and left of center.

A May 6 pretrial was set for Shannon Lynn Cady, 23, Midland, Pa., cited with OVI first offense, improper turn and a seat belt violation.

Todd R. Wade, 42, Barberton, was fined $400, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for a headlights violation and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

Brandon G. Rawson, 18, Elkton Road, Lisbon, was fined $250 and ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution to Tammi Sentz for criminal damaging for striking her Jeep several times with his fist and a metal pipe on Aug. 11.

A March 25 pretrial was set for Daniel L. Roberts, 32, Apple Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly assaulting Amanda Hartenstein, his girlfriend, on Monday.

Diana R. Jenkins, 36, Cook Road, Salem, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional nine days in jail, fined $350 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and drug abuse instruments for an uncapped syringe and a small orange plastic container which fell from her clothes on July 31, 2017.

An April 22 pretrial was set for Raea A. Mountz, 29, Prospect Street, Salem, charged with theft by deception for allegedly taking stickers of lower priced items and placing them on higher priced items before going through the self check out at Walmart on Dec. 24.

Jeremy J. Becay, 40, Kibler Road, New Waterford, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional two days in jail, fined $250 and required 50 hours community service for assault amended from domestic violence for assaulting his wife, Leanne Becay, on April 11.

A March 28 decision to the bench was set for Kirk A. Sandoe, 40, West Wilson Street, Salem, charged with fugitive from justice after he allegedly was found to have a warrant from Pennsylvania for a probation violation.

Ryan Joseph Theodore, 39, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was credited with 21 days served in jail and fined $250 for disorderly conduct amended from falsification. On May 8, Theodore had filed a police claiming he was assaulted and robbed by two men, but mislead police about the facts of the case. A drug paraphernalia citation against Theodore, for an alleged metal spoon with suspected heroin, was dismissed.

Madison C. Brown, 18, U.S. Route 30, Lisbon, was fined $200 for failure to stop for a stopped school bus.

Lee T. Knight, 23, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $150, required 20 hours community service, credited with two days in jail and sentenced to an additional three days in jail for falsification. Knight reported a child stole his vehicle on Oct. 13 and then admitted on Oct. 24 he allowed the child to use the vehicle.

Gary R. Wadlow, 36, Sebring, was fined $200 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and a railroad crossing violation.

Paul Kepp, 37, North Main Street, Columbiana, as fined $100 for driving under suspension.

William M. Smith, 46, Deerfield, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from a permit violation. A left of center citation was dismissed.

Clark Best, 23, Jefferson Street, Salineville, was fined $150 for allowing excessive trash to accumulate. A portion of the fine, $100, will be suspended provided Best cleans up the property and the court receives verification from the police that it was done.

Chelsea Baker, 28, McIntosh Road, Wellsville, was fined $100 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Patricia Minerd, 51, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

David A. McVay, 61, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

A May 13 pretrial was set for Trever A. Webb, 27, Summit Street, Leetonia, cited with reasonable control.

Stephanie Taylor, 44, Erie Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from permitting an unlicensed driver to drive.

John Taylor, 40, Erie Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for no license and left of center.

Andrew Thomas McRae, 33, West High Street, Alliance, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from failure to control.

Jean Baptiste B. Adja, 49, Middleburg Heights, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from left of center.

Eric Henry Vancobb Jr., 19, Youngstown, was fined $80 for driving with a temporary permit without an eligible driver and failure to yield.
