A May 7 pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for Charles D. Reed, 42, state Route 518, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence, assault, endangering children and criminal damaging. Reed allegedly assaulted Christine Jones, kicked a child in the face, kicked in glass inside a door causing glass to fly into the kitchen and living room areas, and carried his son around while intoxicated and in the act of assaulting other people at the Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, address on Feb. 10.
An April 25 pretrial was set for Ignacios Rios, 27, Berea, charged with theft for allegedly taking a computer owned by the county jail out of the law library on Feb. 28. When the computer was recovered it was reportedly found disassembled and unusable. The computer was valued at $573.
Daniel J. Zeigler, 56, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $400, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for driving under suspension, speeding and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
Jason F. Naylor, 32, Lexington Avenue, Salem, was fined $200 for faulty exhaust, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
An April 16 pretrial was set for Glenn H. Cusick, 70, U.S. Route 30, Lisbon, cited with eight counts of building maintenance violations. Cusick is alleged to have failed to remedy decay to properties he owns in Lisbon at 5 S. Park Ave., 7 S. Park Ave. and 9 S. Park Ave. Examples of alleged violations include a broken window, peeling paint, accumulated grime and damaged roof trim and gutters.
A March 11 pretrial was set for Melissa L. Mills, 35, Jackson Avenue, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly taking $15 from Wayne Minor’s wallet on Nov. 13.
Mindy Wardell, 25, New Garden Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. On Jan. 6 Wardell scratched Shane Burkhart’s neck.
A March 14 pretrial was set for Joshua P. Robb, 30, Rural Lane, East Liverpool, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension, failure to display a valid license and obstructing official business for allegedly fleeing into the VFW to avoid police on Tuesday.
Robert L. Butcher, 29, Y and O Road, East Liverpool, was fined $210 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.
An April 22 pretrial was set for Joy L. Harris, 50, Lexington Avenue, Salem, charged with criminal damaging for allegedly driving through the yard and rock landscaping of her sister, Elaine Clark, on May 10.
John D. Price, 34, U.S. Route 30, East Rochester, was fined $150 and credited with a day in jail for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for shoving his wife, Shelly Price in February.
Branden Richard Smith, 33, Monroe Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for driving under a forfeiture specification.
Chad E. Brewer, 36, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $100 for public intoxication.
Larry Enyard, 59, Youngstown, was fined $100 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.
Dustin A. Deffenbaugh, 19, Somer Street, Leetonia, was fined $25 for a disorderly conduct citation from Oct. 30.
A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed against John Wayne Shasteen II, 35, state Route 9, Hanoverton. He was accused of being disruptive on Aug. 16.
