Justin B. Shupp, 31, Falling Waters, W.Va., and Teresa Felgar, 54, Beloit, were eastbound on U.S. 62 in Knox Township at 2:38 p.m. Monday and Felgar stopped to turn left onto Ellett Road and was struck from behind by Shupp causing her to go left of center into a westbound vehicle driven by Chantae L. Mclivain, 29, Sebring.

After impact, Mclivain went off the right side into a tree and Felgar went off the left side. Shupp was cited for assured clear distance. Felgar was taken to the Salem hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and her passenger, Madelynn Felgar, 19, Beloit, was also taken to the Salem hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Mclivain was taken to the Alliance hospital with serious injuries. Mclivain’s passenger, Aubryanah Moore, 10, Sebring, was also taken to Alliance with serious injuries. Mclivain’s other passengers, Brixtyn Moore, 1, Sebring, and Taryn Moore, 9, Sebring, were also taken to Alliance with non-life-threatening injuries.

Dustin John Earich, 23, Salineville, was southeastbound on Walnut Ridge Road in Washington Township at 4 a.m. Feb. 13 and swerved to miss a tree in the road and went off the left side into a large rock. He was cited for failure to control.

Matthew A. Whitten, 49, East Palestine, was eastbound on Hartley Road in Butler Township at 11:15 p.m. Friday and hit a deer.

Michael Raymond Miller, 35, Lisbon, was eastbound on state Route 172 in Center Township at 11:20 p.m. Feb. 12 and went off the right side into a utility pole, a ditch, and overturned into a parked vehicle owned by Alton Dugan, Lisbon. Miller was cited for failure to control, OVI and OVI refusal.
