EAST LIVERPOOL – Jeff and Brooke Hanselman were united in marriage on Oct. 25, 2014 at First Church of the Nazarene, with Pastor Robert Sylvies officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Gale and Lori Jackson of East Liverpool. The groom is the son of Jeff and Noreen Hanselman of Wellsville.

The bride wore an ivory MoriLee gown by Madeline Gardner, which had a soft tulle overlay atop an embroidered lace skirt, with a sweetheart neckline.

The maid of honor was Brianne Jackson, sister of the bride, of East Liverpool. Bridesmaids were Abigail Jackson, sister of the bride, of East Liverpool; Katie Annarino, cousin of the bride, of Columbus; Celeste Hanselman, sister of the groom, of East Liverpool; and Kelsey Vale, friend of the bride, of Cincinnati. The flower girls were Sophia Dill of Orlando, Fla., and Perri and Rayln Gilson of East Liverpool. Bubbles were passed out at the conclusion of the ceremony by Perri, Rayln, and Braylee Gilson of East Liverpool.

Nate Carman of Marion, Ohio, served as best man. Groomsmen were Vinnie Deem of Ann Harbor, Mich.; Joey Phillips of Ann Harbor, Mich.; Zack Barnes of Wellsville; and Kevin Hansen of Durham, N.C. The ring bearer was Mathugh Sullivan of Wellsville and the guest register was Johnny Annarino of Columbus.

A candle was lit in memory of grandmothers Olive Keener, grandma of the bride, and Mary Hanselman, grandma of the groom.

The rehearsal dinner was held at Casa de Emanuel’s restaurant and the reception was held at Mountaineer Racetrack and Gaming Resort.

Brooke is a 2008 graduate of Beaver Local High School and graduated with her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pa. in May of this year. She is the Pharmacy Manager at Rite Aid in East Liverpool.

Jeff is a 2008 graduate of Wellsville High School; he attended Youngstown State University for his undergraduate training and graduated with his Doctorate of Pharmacy from Lake Erie College of Pharmacy in Erie, Pa. in June of this year. He is a staff pharmacist at East Liverpool City Hospital, employed by Cardinal Health.

The newlyweds spent their honeymoon at Sterling Ridge Resort in Jeffersonville, Vt. They reside in East Liverpool.
