Maxine and Vince Ross

CALCUTTA – Maxine Peck and Vince Ross were united in marriage on Dec. 31, 2013 in Treasure Island, Fla.

The bride is the daughter of Hud and Anne Peck of Calcutta. The groom is the son of Rick and Tonda Ross of Wellsville.

The bride was escorted on the beach and given away by her father. She wore an ivory gown, embellished with silver sequins and crystals.

Serving as Matron of Honor was Anne Peck, mother of the bride. Josh Carr, friend of the groom, served as Best Man.

The couple, along with an intimate group of family and friends, dined at The Middle Grounds Grille, in Treasure Island, following the romantic, sunset ceremony. After dinner, they celebrated and brought in the New Year with fireworks and dancing on the beach.

Maxine is a graduate of Beaver Local High School and Kent State University. She is employed at Garfield Elementary in Wellsville, as a third grade teacher. Maxine is also a group fitness instructor at FLC Fitness.

Vince is a graduate of Wellsville High School and is a laborer for SH Bell Company.

The couple reside in Calcutta.
