Michael D. Thrasher, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, was fined $705, had his license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to 23 days at the Eastern Ohio Correctional Center, concurrent with the time he is spending there in connection with a felony conviction. In municipal court, Thrasher had pleaded no contest to OVI first offense, a seat belt violation and a turn signal violation.
Kenna Kay Cevelin, 42, Haiti Road, Salineville, was fined $675, had her license suspended for six months, was required 30 hours community service and sentenced to three days in counseling for OVI first offense. A turn signal citation was dismissed.
Erik C. Carlsan, 24, Salem Grange Road, Salem, was fined $250 and credited with one day in jail for persistent disorderly conduct. Charges of weapons while intoxicated and obstructing official business for allegedly running through yards on Springdale Street with a loaded AK-47 on May 6 were dismissed.
Alyvia C. Blankenship, 23, Lusk Lock Road, Lisbon, was fined $200, required 30 hours community service and credited with one day in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for throwing a fan and hitting Dillon Allen in the nose during an argument.
Carl D. Morris, 58, Broadway, Wellsville, was credited with five days served for menacing for threatening to harm Thomas Barton by chopping his head off.
Keith M. House, 27, North Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 50 hours community service for assault for punching Megan Morrow in the face on Sept. 20. An obstructing official business citation for allegedly giving police the false name of a suspect was dismissed.
David S. Vanhorn, 25, Morris Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for drug paraphernalia for a glass pipe.
Ralph Blevins Jr., 32, South Liberty Avenue, Alliance, was fined $150 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
John C. Calvin, 58, West Main Street, Salineville, was fined $100 for a tail lights violation amended from improper passing.
An Aug. 14 pretrial was set for Christopher L. Hyler, 25, Depot Road, Salem, charged with aggravated trespassing for allegedly going on an East Sixth Street, Salem, property and threatening Nicole Devine on Sunday.
An Aug. 18 pretrial was set for Sara J. Eason, 21, Grant Street, Lisbon, cited with domestic violence for allegedly throwing a VHS tape and an ashtray at her mother during an argument about TV programs on Monday.
A Sept. 23 pretrial was set for Clint L. Geho, 32, Holloway, cited with no motorcycle endorsement, failure to control and possession of drugs for alleged marijuana in the saddle bag.
A Sept. 30 pretrial was set for Rodney E. Weaver, 48, McCormick Run Road, Wellsville, charged with two counts of domestic violence for allegedly assaulting Danielle Wyke, following an argument about the gas in the vehicle, and then threatened to kill a juvenile in the home.
An expired license citation against Jonathan M. Badley, 33, Penn Avenue, Salem, was dismissed. He was fined $30 for an equipment violation.
A domestic violence charge against Luke E. Trimnel, 33, state Route 45, Lisbon, was dismissed. Trimnel was accused of assaulting Megan Morrow, the mother of his child, on April 4.
A driving under suspension citation against Jacob W. Boyle, 21, Kelly Avenue, East Liverpool, was dismissed.
