Police responded to a reported fight at the county fair at 10:39 p.m. Friday, with fair police identifying the parties involved as Joshua E. Killing, 18, of Hanoverton and a male under the age of 18. When the pair would not quit fighting after being told to stop, fair police said they put Killing in a chokehold and when they let him go Killing took an aggressive stance toward the officer. Meanwhile, the juvenile fled. Killing said the juvenile was the aggressor by flipping him off and then punching him in the face. Killing, who wanted to pursue charges against the youth, was himself charged with disorderly conduct.
