EAST LIVERPOOL - The second annual Eductech Corridor Edupalooza Back to School Bash will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 9 on Fifth Street between Market and Broadway, featuring a full slate of activities.
Students from kindergarten through college are invited to participate in the free event, which will include educational and fund activities, food vendors, fire and safety demonstrations, entertainment, chalk art contests, face painting and more.
Sponsors for the event are: Six Recycling, Team Mojo, The Carriage House, WalMart, A&I Studio, Doctors on Call, DRS, First National Community Bank and Quaker Digital Academy.
ROGERS - North Eastern Gospel Music Revival will be held Aug. 9 at Rogers Assembly of God, 8251 Sprucevale Road.
This free concert brings many artists from around the country. This year's lineup includes: Russ Nottingham, Garrettsville, Ohio; Calvary's Love, Doyletown, Ohio; Nicholas Naylor Ministries, Pinch, W.Va.; Glorybound, Negley, Ohio. The concert begins at 5 p.m. Doors open at 4 with Roger's youth group selling food in the fellowship hall.
A free will offering will be taken to help cover the costs of the groups.
LISBON - The Medication Assistance Program will be 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at First United Methodist Church, Lisbon. Bring all prescription bottles. Help is also available for those with Medicare Part D problems.
WELLSVILLE - The Oak Ridge Presbyterian Church, 1.5 miles west of Wellsville on state Route 39, is having a yard sale 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 7 and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 8. Baked goods, produce and lunch available for sale.
COLUMBIANA - The Annual Columbiana County, Ohio State University Picnic will be 6:30 p.m. Aug. 7 at Firestone Park, Pavilion no. 1.

NEW MANCHESTER - Oak Glen High School's Class of 1975 will hold a casual "Picnic in the Park," beginning at 1 p.m. Aug. 9 at Tomlinson Run State Park's Shelter No. 3.
The Reunion Committee will supply gas grills, hot dogs, buns, condiments and dinnerware. Those attending are welcome to bring own lunch. Classmates are welcome to bring donations and covered dishes, but it's not mandatory. Visit the class' Facebook page for further details.
