The Review

Erin Lake, Maple Street, reported Wednesday her neighbor's dog was loose in her yard and bit her 3-year-old son, saying it is an every day occurrence that the dog is loose, although this is the first time it has bitten. She said the owner has several dogs that run loose at different times. The dog's owner, Becki Kennedy, told officers are dogs are normally leashed but this time the dog got out when her son opened the door and it had gone to be with her daughter, who was at Lake's. Kennedy told officers her daughter said the dog bit because the boy's father hit it.
