Jeff Seidner, Maple Street, reported "KKK" was written with electrical tape on the outer and inner doors of his patio.
Dana Duffield, 48, Center Avenue, was taken July 4 by North Star ambulance to East Liverpool City Hospital after she reported being assaulted at the Night Court by a woman she knows. She was advised to come to the police department to complete a statement when released from the hospital but, as of Thursday, she had not given a statement.
Officers responded Thursday night to the corner of Thomas and Pine streets for reports of profanity and screaming where they spoke with a man who said his sister had thrown him out and would not allow him back in to retrieve his belongings. After speaking to his sister, she relented, and he agreed to pick up his things the next day.
A vehicle was pulled into the street department lot by a woman who said a man in the car was having an allergic reaction to medication he had taken for his eyes. Officers stood by until KLG ambulance arrived on the scene.
Chris Brown, West Chestnut Street, reported he rents a room from Nicole Hilton and she came home and began accusing him of stealing her Bible and $5 from her purse. He said he had just come home from work and denied taking the items.
