In Columbiana County Municipal Court Jason W. Bridge, 24, Wisner Road, Hanoverton, was fined $705, sentenced to attend a three-day counseling program, sentenced to three days in jail and had his license suspended for 180 days for OVI first offense and left of center.
Emily S. Noel, 20, North Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $400, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to one day in jail for underage consumption.
Jerry A. Wells, 44, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was fined $150, credited with three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for assault for punching Randall Joseph on June 1.
David C. Cole, 29, Washington Street, Wellsville, was fined $150, credited with 13 days served and required 40 hours community service for violating a temporary protection order after he called Amanda Merriman on April 30 and left her a voicemail message calling her derogatory names.
Joan Quinlan, 53, Warren, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from failure to obey a traffic control device.
David Lain, 48, Youngstown, was fined $100 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Justin R. Coblentz, 20, Madisonville, Tenn., was fined $100 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Kendra S. Chestnut, 26, Depot Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Brandon T. Folsom, 25, South Lundy Avenue, Salem, was fined $50 for failure to transfer his registration.
Kimberly A. Brady, 41, Prospect Street, Salem, was fined $25 for a loose dog.
A July 22 pretrial was set for Kenneth W. Robinson, 50, Silliman Street, New Waterford, cited with violating a temporary protection order for allegedly driving past the home of Jacqueline A. Kollar on June 10 while making obscene gestures and shouting profanities.
An Aug. 21 pretrial was set for Anthony C. Weber, 23, state Route 45, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.
