In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday Jance L. Bettis, 39, Gurlea Street, Hanoverton, was fined $150 and had his driver's license suspended six months for speeding, possession of drugs and open container.
William P. Long III, 21, Salem-Alliance Road, Salem, was fined $40 for speeding.
Richard A. Miles III, 38, West Fourth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for no operator's license.
Elijah J. Taylor, 34, Youngstown, was fined $400, given credit for eight days served, and placed on two years probation for driving under suspension, marked lanes, failure to control and reckless operation.
Jeannette Gallimore, 47, East Liverpool Road, Lisbon, was fined $100, given credit for eight days served, placed on two years probation and ordered to attend counseling for disorderly conduct.
Joshua Lupton, 26, Port Allegheny, Pa., was fined $30 for red light.
Gregory J. Huffman, 40, Massillon, was fined $30 for stop sign.
Brandon S. Malone, 28, Roller Coaster Road, Lisbon, was fined $375, sentenced 23 days jail with credit for 18 served, ordered to attend three days school, placed on two years probation and had his driver's license suspended 180 days for OVI first offense.
Rusty Ray Altman, 41, Cream Ridge Road, Lisbon, was fined $160 for driving under FRA suspension, failure to have functioning brake light and seat belt.
Eddie M. Mulholland, 30, Youngstown, was fined $250 for driving under suspension and assured clear distance.
Jamie J. Rambo, 26, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, probable cause for probation violation dismissed. He was fined $100, given credit for 10 days served and placed on two years probation for passing bad checks.
Royal Mckenzie, 38, East Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $150, given credit for one day served, placed on two years probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for obstructing official business.
Vernon W. Sarge Jr., 64, Youngstown, was fined $150 and had his driver's license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.
Patrick F. Reynolds Jr., 32, Conneaut, was fined $250 for no operator's license and use of unauthorized plate.
