In East Liverpool Municipal Court on Thursday
A status hearing was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. July 31 for Jajuan McKeithen, 39, of Norton Street, on charges of assault, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, driving under suspension and required lights. Bond continued.
A status hearing was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. July 31 for Michael L. Savors, 34, of Harvey Avenue, on charges of drug abuse instruments and arson.
Dennis D. Caldwell, 26, of Avondale Street, pleaded not guilty to obstructing official business. Bond was set at $2,500, and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Aug. 21. The defendant requested a court-appointed attorney.
Randy L. Cook, 27, of Newell, pleaded no contest to charges of criminal trespassing and theft and was found guilty. Sentenced to 10 days in jail on each charge, to be served concurrently. Fined $200 and assessed court costs.
Robert G. Doak, 36, of Alliance, Ohio, pleaded no contest to aggravated menacing and was found guilty. Sentenced to 30 days in jail. Fined $200 and assessed court costs.
Beverly A. Temple, 25, of East Liverpool (unknown address), was found guilty of domestic violence. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, with credit given for 80 days served. Fined $200 and assessed court costs.
Terry A. Sims, 33, of Henry Avenue, waived a probation revocation hearing and pleaded guilty to violating probation (on a charge of domestic violence). Sentenced to 75 days in jail, with credit for time served. Fined $100 and assessed court costs.
Bond was set at $50,000 for Herbert J. Jones, 26, of Midland, Pa., for a charge of theft.
