In East Liverpool Municipal Court on Monday, a pretrial was set for July 10 for Michael L. Savors, 34, Harvey Avenue, charged with arson and drug abuse.
A pretrial was set for July 17 for Christian M. Bell, 19, 1st Avenue, charged with driving under suspension, speed and petty theft.
William B. Borris, 37, Aliquippa, Pa. pleaded not guilty to speeding. A pretrial was set for July 22.
Kim S. Davis, 47, St. Clair Avenue pleaded no contest to and was found guilty of no operator's license. She was fined $125.
Corey N. McQueen, 22, Youngstown, pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. A pretrial was set for July 24.
Bradley E. Roberts, 53, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property. A pretrial was set for July 31.
Timothy A. Degraffenreid, 27, Longs Church Road, pleaded guilty to no operator's license and was fined $125. Degraffenreid waived his right to an extradition hearing on a charge of fugitive from justice for felony child endangerment out of Oklahoma. He was was ordered to be extradited to Oklahoma.
Kirk R. Roberts, 28, Chester, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property. A pretrial was set for July 31.
James R. Boling, 47, Wellsville, pleaded not guilty to failure to reinstate license. A set arraignment was set for August 5.
Dakota J Mahon, 21, East Palestine, was found guilty of criminal trespassing. He was sentenced to four days in jail and fined $200.
Dianna L. Parish, 58, Orlando, Fla. pleaded not guilty to OVI refusal and no tail lights. A pretrial was set for July 29.
Brittany P. Blake, 27, Wellsville, failed to appear on a charge of speeding.
Anthony J. Dibiase-Harris, Martin Avenue, failed to appear on a charge of speeding.
Thomas M Tusick, 44, Wintersville, failed to appear on a charge of speeding.
Michael B. Lamp, 21, Bell School Road, failed to appear on a charge of failure to control.
Johnathan D. Messenger, 20, Wellsville pleaded no contest to loud exhaust and possession of marijuana. He was found guilty of loud exhaust and fined $30. He was also found guilty of possession of marijuana and fined $150.
