The Review
Friends Maleek Goatley, 4, of East Liverpool, and Isabella Cashdollar, 5, of Chester, enjoy the Ferris wheel on a perfect Thursday evening in Chester. The city is celebrating the Chester Volunteer Fire Department's 100th anniversary with a week-long festival at Fourth Street and Carolina Avenue. The fair, with rides, old-style games, food vendors and nightly entertainment, continues today from 5-11 p.m. and Saturday from 1-11 p.m. The festival will close with a parade at 5 p.m. Saturday and a fireworks show at 10 p.m. Lineup for the parade begins at 3 p.m. on First Street.
