Officers were called Sunday morning to the area of Sonny's Bar on Lisbon Street for a fight, where they found two women walking north. One of the women, Janna J. Hall, 32, Wyoming Avenue, reportedly refused to answer their questions. When they decided to arrest her, Hall also reportedly refused to get into the cruiser and, twice while they were dealing with Hall, they had to tell her brother to leave and stop interfering or be arrested. At the police department, Hall reportedly refused to walk up the stairs into the police station. According to reports, Patrolman Jake Talbott scooped her up and carried her up the steps and deposited her into a chair so she could be processed on charges of disorderly conduct/intoxication and obstructing official business.
