WELLSVILLE - Samuel Allen Davis, 42, of Wellsville died Sunday, June 22, 2014, at Lakewood Hospital in Cleveland.
Sam was born in Beaver, Pa., on Dec. 30, 1971, a son of Lois (Davis) Weston and the late Frank DeBarry. Having lived all of his life in the area, he was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Wellsville. Sam lived for his children, he loved the Cleveland Browns and with his perfect smile, he loved to be photographed.
Sam is survived by one daughter: Krislyn Dalrymple of Wellsville; seven sons: Nickolas Dalrymple of Wellsville, Hayden Dalrymple of Wellsville, Cameron Morris-Davis of Wellsville, Devin Liebshner of Cleveland, Chance Liebshner of Cleveland, Scotty Kopras of East Liverpool, Tony Perry of Jacksonville, Fla.; four brothers Jeff Davis of West Haven, Conn., Reese Davis and his wife Marjorie of East Liverpool, Tremayme Davis of Wellsville and Floyd Coles of Charleston, W.Va.; four sisters: Sabrina Dunfier of Beaver Falls, Pa., Regina DeBarry of South Caronlina, Alisa Whitener of Beaver Falls, Shawn DeBarry-Johnson of Aurora, Colo.; a grandchild: Caiden Carter; and 15 nieces and nephews: Caleb, Liam Samuel, Marvel Reese, Breeana, Jordan, and Jaymin, Tast, Satyn Maurice, Ronald Jr., Marcus, Destiny, Tiera, Morgan, and Rodney Jr. In addition, Sam leaves beloved many close aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Services will be held at the First Baptist Church in Wellsville on Saturday, June 28, 2014, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Roosevelt Thompson officiating.
Family will be present to receive friends at the Wellsville Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Home on Friday, June 27, 2014, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
