Wellsville Police Reports for 6-12

June 12, 2014
The Review

A Wellsville officer on patrol pulled over a 1994 Ford Ranger at 4:05 a.m. June 11 after it failed to signal before turning at Second and Lisbon streets and weaved toward the center line. The officer noticed two empty beer cans in the truck bed before making contact with driver Kenny L. Godwin. The officer noted a scent of alcohol as well as an open beer can in the truck's center console. Godwin was arrested and his truck towed before he was taken to the station and charged with failure to signal, open container, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and physical control.
