The Review
The fountain plumbed into the famous “Boy with the Boot” statue on Lisbon Street in Wellsville has been shut off for several months. However, village residents Julie and Ron DuMoulin spent Friday afternoon cleaning, scraping and repainting the fountain bowl in an effort to soon have the water flowing again.
