In East Liverpool Municipal Court on Wednesday
Anthony J. Williams, 24, Youngstown was granted a continuance for a second pretrial scheduled May 15.
Antoine T. Stephenson, 31, Midland, failed to appear on a charge of fictitious plates.
Kimberly M. Sarkozy, 47, East Liverpool, pleaded no contest to domestic violence and was found guilty. He was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 suspended and placed on 2 years probation.
Kenneth E. Steinginga, 54, East Liverpool, pleaded no contest to domestic violence and was found guilty. He was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 suspended and placed on 2 years probation.
Shaun M. Sloan, 33, East Liverpool, failed to appear on charges of marked lane violation and failure to change address.
Deanna L. Britter, 30, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension failed to appeared for arraignment. A bench warrant was issued and her bond reset at $2500.
A continuance was granted for a status hearing July 2 and a jury trial July10 for Sandra J. Cianni, 55, East Liverpool, charged with OVI and required lights.
A defense motion for a continuance to July 2 was granted for Sean P. Faloon, 19, East Liverpool charged with possession of marijuana, open container, hit/skip and failure to control.
A continuance for was granted for a status hearing July 2 and jury trial July 10 for William R. Potts, 25, East Liverpool charged with 5 counts of criminal damaging and theft.
David N. Moats, 35, Wellsville pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and a stop sign violation and was found guilty of both charges. For driving under suspension he was fined $75 and for the stop sign violation he was fined $35.
