SALINEVILLE- Barry Cronin, 62, of Nickle Road died Sunday evening at Trinity West Hospital in Steubenville, Ohio.
Barry was born Aug. 14, 1951 in Hammondsville, Ohio, a son of the late George and Roxie Howell Cronin.
He graduated from Stanton High School in 1969, worked at DeNoon Lumber Company until his retirement in 2013. He was an avid bowler and he loved gardening.
Barry will be sadly missed by his wife Barbara Hogue Cronin at home; one son Travis (Rachel) Cronin of East Liverpool, Ohio; two sisters, Phemie (Larry) Tullis of Hammondsville, Ohio, Shirley (Richard) Downard of Toronto, Ohio; two brothers, Clarence Cronin of Hammondsville, Ohio, Robert (Flo) Cronin of Toronto, Ohio and twenty-seven nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents Barry was preceded in death by one sister, Paullette Patterson, and two brothers, Ellis (Bud) Cronin and Lonie C, Cronin.
A service will be held Thursday May 15, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Bethel United Presbyterian Church in Salineville with Pastor Ted Ludwig officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Church Cemetery.
Family and friends may call at the Kerr-Pastore Funeral Home Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.
