In Columbiana County Municipal Court Richard A. Sigley, 52, Midland, Pa., was fined $300, credited with three days served and sentenced to an additional 12 days in jail. Sigley's charges were criminal damaging for breaking a East Palestine police cruiser window, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for being extremely intoxicated while walking on East Taggart Street on March 22.
Bobbi Jo Mosser, 46, Fair Avenue, Salem, was fined $150, credited with five days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for theft for shoplifting at Family Dollar on state Route 45, Lisbon, on April 30.
Katie R. Faith, Sue Drive, Lisbon, was fined $280, required 30 hours community service, had her license suspended for six months and sentenced to three days in jail for driving under OVI suspension and speeding.
Gay L. Kirchner, 62, Valley Road, Salem, pleaded no contest to theft for taking bottled water and consuming it on several occasions while working at the Salem Walmart. Sentencing was set for June 9.
A May 15 pretrial was set for Michael A. Hamilton, 25, Benton Road, Salem, charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly begging for $30 at Knit Wits in Salem after he had been warned in the past to stop soliciting money.
A June 10 pretrial was set for Cathy L. McGeehan, 51, Mick Road, Wellsville, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.
A June 17 pretrial was set for William D. Cunning, 37, East Main Street, New Waterford, cited with OVI first offense, failure to reinstate a license and expired registration.
Ashley M. White, 31, Mill Street, Salineville, was fined $130 for and equipment violation and two counts of no license amended from driving under FRA suspension.
William D. Sherrill, 27, Lisbon Street, Columbiana, was fined $130 for failure to reinstate a license and failure to have a functioning brake light.
Charles K. Farnsworth, 64, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, was fined $130 for failure to reinstate a license and a seat belt violation.
Richard R. Vecchio, 51, state Route 164, Lisbon, was fined $100 and ordered to continue counseling for public intoxication and open container.
Cheri Anne Burke, 50, East Maryland Avenue, Sebring, was fined $50 for assured clear distance and marked lanes.
A May 15 court trial was set for William K. Leverentz, 54, Sarasota, Fla., cited with disorderly conduct while intoxicated for allegedly using vulgar language, kicking, hitting and head butting customers and employees at Mason Steakhouse after he attempted to leave while extremely intoxicated on Wednesday. During his arraignment, Leverentz noted he was attempting to bicycle through the area on his way to North Carolina to continue his career.
A June 10 pretrial was set for Amanda L. McCarty, 23, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with four counts of theft for allegedly taking money while employed as a cashier at Valley View Two. McCarty is accused of taking $590 on April 3, $419 on April 2, $446 on April 1, and $341 on March 31
A June 16 pretrial was set for Jared M. Coil, 36, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense, hit skip, failure to reinstate a license and failure to control.
