In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Eadra Garrett, 45, East Main Street, New Waterford, was fined $705, sentenced to three days in jail, had her license suspended for six months and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and a turn signal violation.
Amanda L. Shirey, 28, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $200, required 30 hours community service and credited with two days in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Shirey hit her boyfriend Dustin J. Hulton in the face several times on April 19.
Dustin R. Foley, 34, East Main Street, East Palestine, waived his right to an extradition hearing so he can be returned to Pennsylvania where he faces a charge of criminal contempt of a protection order filed by Chippewa Township police.
Warran J.E. Fey, 18, Y and O Road, Wellsville, was ordered to pay $855 in restitution in the next nine months for a miscellaneous wildlife violation for driving a Chevy Tracker on a non-paved area under the control of the Ohio Division of Wildlife.
Jack R. Morrell Jr., 18, Buckeye Road, Lisbon, was ordered to pay $790 in restitution in the next 30 days for a miscellaneous wildlife violation for driving a Ford F-250 on a non-paved area under the control of the Ohio Division of Wildlife.
Addam K. Predergast, 40, Lake Street, Beloit, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from weapons while intoxicated for firing three or four shots from his 9mm handgun in the air outside his front door to frighten a man from the residence on Dec. 31.
Kelli E. Brenneman, 31, Depot Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
James W. Strait, 34, Cunningham Road, Salem, was fined $80 for driving under suspension and speeding.
A June 5 pretrial was set for Mark A. Conroy, 45, last known address East Third Street, Salem, cited with theft for allegedly concealing a $4 bottle of vodka in his jacket and leaving Smith Oil in Salem on April 26. Conroy was fined $30 for having an open bottle of Beam's Eight Star whiskey in public on Feb. 21.

A June 12 pretrial was set for Amy C. Milliken, 41, Whinnery Road, Salem, cited with wrongful entrustment for allegedly allowing a suspended driver, Shawn E. Uptegraph, to operate her vehicle while he was intoxicated. A June 19 pretrial was set for Uptegraph, 42, Whinnery Road, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, driving under OVI suspension and traffic control devices.
A June 17 pretrial was set for Jacob A. McBride, 19, North Pearl Street, Columbiana, cited with underage consumption after he allegedly was found intoxicated while a passenger in a vehicle on East State Street in Salem on Saturday.
A June 23 pretrial was set for Lynn A. Brown, 54, Washington Street, Washingtonville, cited with driving under suspension and lane violation.
A June 24 pretrial was set for Christine E. Tullis, 55, Applegate Road, Lisbon, cited with driving under FRA suspension and improper registration.
A July 3 pretrial was set for Donna J. May, 27, Hoffee Road, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.
A July 7 pretrial was set for Shane Burkhart, 25, West Pershing Street, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
A July 10 pretrial was set for Samuel R. Landsberger, 26, Taylor Avenue, New Waterford, cited with driving under suspension and use of unauthorized plate.
Chris A. Griffith, 53, Foundry Hill Road, Hanoverton was bound over to the common pleas court grand jury on an OVI fourth offense charge. An Aug. 7 pretrial was set in county municipal court for Griffith, who was additionally cited with drug offense suspension, speeding, marked lanes and possession of drug paraphernalia for an alleged crack pipe and baggie of marijuana in his vehicle on April 26.
