In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, David L. Todd, 42, Elkton West Point Road, Lisbon, was bound over to the grand jury on a felonious assault charge for allegedly throwing a brick at Amber Possage on April 27, narrowly missing her by inches, and hitting her several times before running away. Bond was set at $25,000 recognizance and he was ordered to have no further contact with Possage.
Tyler T. Drummond, 19, Salem-Alliance Road, Salem, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for taking Johanna Miner's Pontiac Sunfire without her permission on Friday. Sentencing was set for June 12.
Brandie J. Taylor, 44, Madison Avenue, Salineville, was fined $200, credited with one day served in jail and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct for refusing to cooperate and go inside while deputies were speaking with her husband on April 28. A resisting arrest citation was dismissed.
Joshua J. Coil, 28, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was fined $150 for speeding.
Richard D. Camerlin Jr., 54, Cornell Street, East Liverpool, was fined $75 for no motorcycle endorsement.
A May 12 pretrial was set for Antonio Ajanez-Intzin, 33, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly on Wednesday breaking into the apartment of Maria Ixcog Ajanel, his estranged wife, going into her bedroom, grabbing her by the hair, striking her in the head, kicking her in the belly believing she may be pregnant and threatening that if she did not give him $3,000 she or a family member in Guatemala would be hurt or killed.
A June 9 pretrial was set for James D. Matalik, 43, Riffle Road, New Waterford, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching his live-in girlfriend in the cheek and pulled her hair.
A June 9 pretrial was set for Kirsten R. Eberhardt, 20, Walnut Street, Leetonia, cited with driving under OVI suspension.
A June 10 pretrial was set for Robert Marcin III, 39, Ester Avenue, Wellsville, cited with leaving the scene of an accident, failing to report and accident and improper backing for an alleged accident in front of Nick's Pizza in Wellsville in January.
A June 17 pretrial was set for John Oswalt, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting his mother, Eleanor Oswalt, 57, 11th Street, Wellsville, several times and throwing a beer bottle, which struck her in the head on Sunday.
A June 19 pretrial was set for Jacob R. Willison, 32, Jennings Avenue, Salem, charged with OVI second offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, driving under suspension and speeding.
A June 24 pretrial was set for Tamara J. Clemens, 27, Oak Street, Hanoverton, charged with theft and obstructing official business. Clemens is accused of leaving Walmart in Salem without paying for $154 in items and then telling the owner of the vehicle she was placing them into to refuse requests by police to allow them to search the vehicle.
An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Matthew J. Ankrom, 23, Union Street, Washingtonville, cited with two counts receiving stolen property for allegedly pawning a camera belonging to Alexis Faloba at Cashland in Salem and also asking David Pastore to pawn a television belonging to Faloba, claiming he did not have an ID to pawn it himself.
