East Liverpool Police Reports for 4-28

April 28, 2014
The Review

Responding at 3:31 a.m. Sunday to a report of a woman falling through a window on Pennsylvania Avenue, officers found the alleged victim, Jade N. McKinnon, 29, had already been transported to the hospital by ambulance. There, they found she had two deep cuts to her forehead, and McKinnon said she and her boyfriend, Jeronn M. Bell, 37, had been arguing for three days. During an argument over a vehicle, he reportedly choked her, banged her head into a door, kicked her then pushed her head through a window, breaking the glass. McKinnon did not want to file charges, but officers charged Bell with domestic violence. The couple has three children in common, according to reports.
