A domestic violence charge in Columbiana County Municipal Court against Wendy Q. Cline, 47, Pearce Circle, Salem, was dismissed following a motion of the assistant prosecutor with consent of the alleged victim. She was accused of striking her brother with two different candlesticks and scratching him around his neck during a fight with him on March 15.
A June 2 pretrial was set for Alisha Ann Tucker, 24, Cusick Road, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and a lane violation.
A June 5 pretrial was set for Brian C. Smith, 40, Quaker Church Road, East Rochester, cited with failure to comply with orders by the health department to repair or replace a nuisance sewage system.
Breann K. Heath, 20, Memorial Road, Kensington, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
Marvin W. Harsch, was fined $100, placed two years probation and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for two counts criminal trespass.
Ramon M. Campbell, 36, Aliquippa, Pa., was fined $210 for driving under suspension restriction and speeding.
Corbin E. Arden, 22, North Main Street, Minerva, was fined $180 for no operator's license and tail lights.
Megan A. McCallister, 25, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $200, placed on two years probation and ordered to have no contact with Ashley Burbick for persistent disorderly conduct.
Richard A. Gregory, 22, Osbourne Road, Wellsville, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
Michelle Armstrong, 28, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $150, placed on one year probation and ordered to perform 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

An April 24 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for a teen accused of fleeing from police in Wellsville on Tuesday. Dakota K. Frank, 18, McCormick Run Road, Salineville, charged with a felony failure to comply and misdemeanor charges of underage consumption, obstructing official business, possession of a drug abuse instrument, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, reckless operation, speeding, stop sign violation and a seat belt violation.
Randolph V. L. Moore Jr., 21, Youngstown, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a tampering with evidence charge for allegedly kicking suspected crack cocaine under the couch while police were searching an apartment.
An April 21 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for David D. Crooms, 47, Clarks Mill Road, Hammondsville, charged with assault and burglary for allegedly breaking into the home of Mervin Jones on Washington Street, Salineville, on March 30 and assaulting him. Bond on the felony burglary charge was set at $25,000 cash or surety and he was ordered to have no further contact with Jones.
Robert A. Bidwell, 30, West Main Street, Salineville, was fined $250, required 50 hours community service, credited with six days served and sentenced to 24 days in jail for arson after he set fire to a property he did not own on Water Street in Salineville without the owner's permission. The charge was amended from a felony arson charge.
Christopher D. Zepernick, 33, Hawley Avenue, Salem, was fined $450 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension, reckless operation and failure to yield for an emergency vehicle.
Shawn M. Jacob, 31, County Home Road, Lisbon, waived his right to an extradition hearing so he could be returned to West Virginia where he faces an alleged probation violation.
Robert L. McMaster, 45, Spillway Road, Lisbon, waived his right to an extradition hearing so he can be returned to Pennsylvania, where he is accused of failure to appear. He was fined $230 for traffic control devices and two counts driving under suspension.
Danielle L. Heckathorn, Glasgow Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana paraphernalia on Dec. 27. A second drug paraphernalia citation was dismissed for an alleged heroin spoon on Dec. 27.
Robert B. Maurer, 36, state Route 7, New Waterford, was fined $150 for faulty brake light amended from speeding.
Brian McClelland, 29, Danburry Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from assault for throwing a ball and striking Christy Thirtyacre in the head, also throwing a bike at her and upsetting the garbage can at the home after Thirtyacre told them to get out of the pool on 21st Street, Wellsville.
Austen Lee Rhodes, 18, Lisbon Road, Leetonia, was fined $150 for failure to control.
Floyd D. Sowers, 77, Poland, was fined $100 for failure to reinstate a license.
Danielle Pagani, 25, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $100 for no license and expired registration.
Charges of making false alarms against Dan Lucido, 47,West Main Street, East Palestine, were dismissed after it was determined he is not competent to stand trial. Lucido was alleged to have gone into Dollar General in East Palestine on March 7 and Gorby's in East Palestine on Feb. 5, both times asking the clerk to call an ambulance when there was nothing wrong.
An April 24 pretrial was set for Angel L. Lake, 30, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, cited with permitting drug abuse, possession of a drug abuse instrument and two counts of possession of a dangerous drug. According to court documents on Feb. 17, Lake had in her possession four four-milligram tablets of tizandine, a muscle relaxer, nine 500-milligram capsules of amoxicillin and 16 875-milligram capsules of amoxicillin, all without a prescription. Additionally, police allegedly found a syringe under the carpet in her apartment. Finally, she is accused of giving Shawn Davner a syringe so he could administer heroin to himself inside her West Lincoln Way home.
An April 24 pretrial was set for Linda K. Powell, 64, East Fifth Street, Salem, cited with domestic violence for allegedly becoming angry with her sister Margorie Moser and shoving her to the floor on Tuesday.
A June 3 pretrial was set for Crystal Marchianda, 30, South Main Street, Columbiana, cited with use of an unauthorized plate and tail lights.
A June 5 pretrial was set for Brigitta M. Cepin, 34, East Clark Street, East Palestine, cited with possession of marijuana.
A Leetonia man accused of shooting at his son during an angry episode on April 9 made an initial appearance in Columbiana County Municipal Court on Thursday morning.
Appearing before Judge Carol Robb by video from the county jail, Douglas R. Illig Sr., 49, Walnut Street, Leetonia, is charged with felonious assault. Bond was set at $250,000 cash or surety.
A preliminary hearing was set for April 21 for Illig, who was just brought back from Pennsylvania after he had run to the Ohioville area following the alleged shooting incident last week.
According to court documents, Illig was in a fit of rage because Columbia Gas workers were there to shut off his service. He then got into a fight with his son. However, his son, determined to leave went outside to get into his vehicle.
The son reportedly looked back at his father just in time to see him fire a shot from a .22-caliber handgun. The bullet struck the driver's side window of the son's vehicle.
Three tearful women who know Illig were in the courtroom during the brief hearing.
Alisa Ann Glagolis, 53, Beaver Falls, Pa., was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a receiving stolen property charge. She is accused of having a Budget Rental box truck in her possession on Oct. 15, 2013.
An April 24 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for Matthew J. Ankrom, 23, Rose Drive, Lisbon, charged with forgery and theft for allegedly forging a blank check belonging to Alexis Faloba without permission on Thursday.
James P. May, 67, state Route 558, Leetonia, was fined $725, had his license suspended for six months, was required 30 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Edward L. Larkins, Butcher Road, Leetonia, was fined $725, had his license suspended for six months, was required 30 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense and speeding.
Joseph R. Bradford, 36, Main Street, Salem, was fined $260 for failure to display a valid sticker, loud exhaust and two counts of driving under suspension.
Rodney A. Phillips, 45, Youngstown, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Jeffrey A. Crompton, 25, Bayard Road, Minerva, was fined $50 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
William J. McFarland Jr., 22, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $25 for failure to confine or restrain a dog on April 12.
A May 29 pretrial was set for Derik Caudill, 26, Longs Church Road, East Liverpool, cited with failure to control and a seat belt violation.
A June 2 pretrial was set for David L. Valiquette, 47, Kirk Road, Columbiana, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.
