CHESTER-Anna (Krizan) Cooper, 90 of Chester, W.Va., formerly of Hookstown, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2014 in East Liverpool Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Born June 4, 1923 in Hookstown, she was daughter of the late John and Magdalena Krizan. She had worked as a bus driver for the South Side School District, and was an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Chester.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William Cooper.
Surviving are her children: Helen Vidovich, Midland; William Cooper, Lemon Grove, Calif.; Thomas Cooper, Florence S.C.; Ronald Cooper, Calcutta, Ohio; and David Cooper, Georgetown, Pa.; ten grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Monday, April 14, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at Arner Funeral Chapel. Rev. Father Eric Antwi will preside for services on Tuesday 11 a.m. Interment will follow the services at Mill Creek Hill Cemetery in Georgetown.
