East Liverpool Police Reports for 4-8

April 8, 2014
The Review

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Ravine Street, where they spoke with Brenda Crum, who said her boyfriend had been drinking and an argument ensued about him not working. He reportedly slammed a door, breaking out its window. The boyfriend, Henry J. Coil , 55, Ravine Street, showed up as officers were speaking with Coil and they reported he was obviously intoxicated. Coil reportedly agreed to go to a friend's for the night, but as officers were leaving, he reappeared at the Ravine Street home and reportedly became belligerent, at which point he was charged with disorderly conduct/intoxication.
