CHESTER-Rosano (Ross) Joseph Caruso, 75, of Chester, W.Va., passed away Thursday, April 3, 2014.
Born April 18, 1938 in Imperial, Pa., he was the son of the late Anthony and Pearl Caruso. He was also preceded in death by his father-in-law, Darnell Walls.
Ross went to Burgettstown High School and he served in the U.S. Army. He worked 30 years at J & L Steel in Aliquippa, Pa. and also for Dwyco Office Supplies, and he was a member of the Nazarene Church.
He was an avid Steeler and Pirate fan and also loved Pro Wrestling. Ross was a good bowler back in the 70's and 80's.
Surviving are his wife, Brenda (Walls) Caruso of Chester; stepson, Tom Bud (Amy) Lacey Jr. of East Liverpool; one brother, John (Zelma) Caruso of Weirton; two sisters, Patty (John) Hayes of Chester and Mary Rose Mayhew of Portland, Oregon; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Tom (Nancy) Walls of Newell, Bob (Debbie) Walls of Rhode Island, Ralph (Dorothy) Heffner of East Liverpool and Mike (Linda) Tarbet of Leetonia, Ohio; his mother-in-law, Myrtle Walls of East Liverpool, and two grandchildren, Carley and Kendra Lacey.
The Nixon Funeral Home in Newell, W.Va. handled private arrangements.
