In Columbiana County Municipal Court, James V. Stanonik, 54, state Route 170, East Palestine, was fined $725, had his license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to two days in jail and three days in counseling for OVI first offense, lane violation and improper backing.
Jeffrey L. Reynolds, 47, Cleveland Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $300 and sentenced to 90 days in jail for driving under suspension, a lane violation and open container.
Daniel Barcey, 20, West Perry Street, Salem, was fined $50 for criminal trespassing for going into a Prospect Street home in Perry Township, uninvited, along with four other people on Saturday.
A March 20 pretrial was set for Ashley M. Irvin, 23, East Martin Street, East Palestine, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly lying on the railroad tracks while intoxicated near the 200 block of East Clark Street. She reportedly refused to remove herself and had to be forcefully removed for her own safety by police.
An April 3 pretrial was set for Nicole Ashley Graham, 27, Canfield, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.
A March 24 pretrial was set for Alexis Liberty, 20, West Clark Street, East Palestine, charged with obstructing official business and fugitive from justice. When police came to Liberty's home to serve the warrant from Kentucky for a fraudulent use of credit cards, she reportedly denied anyone else was in the apartment, but police found Paul Dabney Jr. hiding in a closet.
A June 2 pretrial was set in Columbiana County Municipal Court for an East Liverpool man accused of vehicular manslaughter in the death of his wife last June.
Melvin D. Werling, Canton Avenue, East Liverpool, is accused of causing a two-vehicle crash while driving a 2003 Mitsubishi Montero on state Route 170 south of state Route 154 in Middleton Township on June 6, 2013. Court documents indicate Werling first went off the right side of the road, then overcorrected, crossed the center line and collided head-on with another vehicle driven by Cary S. Winters. His wife, Jacqueline P. Werling, reportedly died at the scene of the crash.
Dianna F. Beal, 60, Yeager Drive, Wellsville, waived her right to an extradition hearing so she can be returned to Pennsylvania where she had a warrant for failure to appear regarding a receiving stolen property charge in Allegheny County.
Paul D. Dabney, 25, West Clark Street, East Palestine, waived his right to an extradition hearing and will be returned to Kentucky where he faces a charge of complicity to fraudulent use of credit cards.
Saadia M. Gorichky, 49, East Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $675, had her license suspended for six months, was required 20 hours community service and sentenced to three days in counseling for OVI first offense. A failure to control citation was dismissed.
Marina N. Arthur, 24, North Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $330 and required 30 hours community service for hit skip, driving with a temporary permit without an eligible driver and failure to control.
Thomas L. Cox Jr., 31, Whinnery Road, Hanoverton, was fined $525 and required 80 hours community service for following too close and two counts driving under suspension. He was further ordered to serve 15 days in jail for a probation violation for a domestic violence conviction.
Kyle Z. Thomas, 18, Monroe Falls, was fined $250, credited with one day served in jail and required 30 hours community service for underage consumption.
Erin N. Haines, 18, Kent, was fined $250, credited with one day served in jail and required 30 hours community service for underage consumption.
Joseph S. Kilgore, 40, Garfield Avenue, Alliance, was fined $230 for driving under suspension and speeding.
Corey D. Welsh, 19, Chamberlain Street, Negley, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for six months for possession of marijuana abuse instruments.
Laura A. Buckley, 39, Boardman, was fined $150 for improper backing. A hit skip citation was dismissed.
Marcus A. Stanley, 18, Leake Street, East Palestine, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for six months for possession of instruments to ingest or inhale marijuana.
Shawn R. Rapp, 26, Elberon Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for six months for possession of marijuana.
James C. Vranches, 28, Struthers, was fined $150 for speeding.
William A. Zalin, 56, Chelsea Street, Enon Valley, Pa., was fined $130 for driving under suspension and traffic control devices.
Jonathan A. Burkholder, 31, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $100 for intoxicated pedestrian on a highway.
A March 27 court trial was set for James E. Rayner, 79, Paris, Ohio, cited with speeding and passing in a no passing zone.
A March 27 pretrial was set for Jamie J. Rambo, 26, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, cited with passing bad checks for allegedly writing a $55 check to East of Chicago, which was returned for insufficient funds.
An April 14 pretrial was set for Ashley S. Dunn, 19, Kent, cited with underage consumption.
An April 14 pretrial was set for Kenneth Morris, 64, Macrum Street, East Liverpool, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
A May 15 pretrial was set for Randy J. Scott, 32, Failor Road, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense, traffic control devices and a turn signal violation.
