In Municipal Court Friday, David C. Linger, 23, Toronto, was fined $350, sentenced to 90 days, 85 suspended, and placed on probation two years for driving under suspension. For no turn signal, he was fined $30.
Cary Barnes, 45, Center Road, was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.
Drew J. Eaton, 19, Lois Lane, was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.
Donna Price, Myler Park Road, was fined $150 and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.
Sidni R. Livolsi, 25, Danbury Avenue, was fined $150 and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.
Tina M. Moore, 43, Nicholas Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $75 for driving under suspension, $40 for speeding and $30 for no seat belt.
Richard E. Doran, 55, Hookstown, Pa., was fined $30 for loud exhaust.
Chad L. Reynolds, 37, Birch Road, pleaded guilty to failure to dim high beams, with sentencing set for March 19. A trial was set the same day for a charge of failure to obey a traffic device, to which he pleaded not guilty.
Chance W. Wampler, 33, Bessemer, Ala., was fined $30 for expired plates.
Matthew A. Sims, 20, Johnson Road, Lisbon, was fined $35 for illegal plates.
Douglas R. Barnes, 55, Alder Street, pleaded no contest to no turn signal, and sentencing was scheduled March 19. A trial was set the same day after he pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension.
Second arraignment was scheduled March 7 for Elizabeth Coulter, 33, Alpha Street, charged with failure to file city income tax return.
A driving under suspension charge was dismissed against Jeffrey M. Porto, 44, Michigan Avenue.
Pretrials were scheduled for Frank J. Bursick, 74, Pittsburgh, charged with menacing, March 4; Georie S. Westlake, Newell, W.Va., petty theft, possession of criminal tools, March 27; and Manda L. Harpold, 33, Pennsylvania Avenue, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to control, March 27.
A pretrial was scheduled March 19 for Amanda J. Joy, 31, Ninth Street, Wellsville, charged with speeding. A bad check charge was dismissed.
