In Municipal Court Thursday, acting Judge Nicholas Amato presiding, Sheri L. Andrews, 38, Glenn Street, was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, 25 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft. She was ordered to have no contact with the Wendy's in Calcutta.
Heidi L. Gallagher, 48, Moore Street, was fined $250 for obstructing official business.
Michele L. Groves, 33, North Shady Lane, was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years for driving under suspension/habitual alcoholic.
Derrick L. Worthy, 29, Lorain, was fined $250 and sentenced to five days for obstructing official business.
Melissa R. Baena, 35, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $100, sentenced to 90 days, 54 suspended, and placed on probation two years for resisting arrest. A charge of obstructing official business was dismissed, and she was ordered to take her medication as prescribed.
Anthony J. Williams, 23, West Warren Avenue, was bound over to county grand jury on a charge of having weapons while under disability.
A jury trial was scheduled April 17 for David P. Peachey, 30, Alpha Street, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Pretrial was scheduled March 13 for Jerry D. McCune, 44, Clement Way, charged with domestic violence.
Pretrial was scheduled April 10 for Shannon Myers, 34, Primrose Lane, charged with petty theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of drug abuse instruments and a stop sign violation.
