In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Thursday, Barry A. Cooper, 57, Heck Road, East Palestine, was fined $725, sentenced to three days in school and required 40 hours community service for failure to display a valid sticker and physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol amended from OVI first offense.
Dawnita M. Wright, 47, Pleasant Street, East Liverpool, was fined $275 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and a lane violation.
Keyairis D. Thompson, 22, South Arch Street, Alliance, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.
Joshua D. Butler, 30, West Pine Lake Road, Salem, was fined $200 and had his license suspended for six months for possession of marijuana and use of an unauthorized plate.
Athena A. Nicholas, 43, state Route 45 South, Salem, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct for being outside a bar in the 500 block of South Broadway on Jan. 12, yelling obscenities at the police.
Arthur J. Gingher, 43, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $150, credited with 10 days in jail for theft for property allegedly taken from Reichard Industries and sold at Solomon's Scrap Yard while Gingher was employed at Reichard Industries. The theft charge was amended from a felony to a misdemeanor.
Jerry L. Taylor, 56, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $130 for no driver's license and improper backing.
Sally M. Lewis, 51, East Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct amended from theft for going through the purse of Shawna Lewis on Nov. 16 and taking her car keys.
Ryan Little, 33, Lynchburg Road, Kensington, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle amended from failure to control.
