In Magistrate Court Thursday, William Show, 33, Washington Street, was fined $100 for failure to reinstate and $30 for unsafe vehicle.

David Rudder, 38, Crawford Road, was fined $75 each on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damaging. He was ordered to make restitution of $107.25, and a menacing charge was dismissed.

Dakota Powell, 18, 14th Street, was fined $75 each on charges of reckless operation and driving under suspension, with charges of physical control, resisting arrest and stop sign dismissed.

Spencer Kidder, 60, Maple Avenue, was fined $75, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation one year for assault. Kidder was fined $75 for criminal trespass.

Jonathan White, 30, Washington Street, Salineville, was fined $100, sentenced to 10 jail days, suspended, and placed on probation one year for theft. He was ordered to make restitution of $50.65 to Save-A-Lot.

Timothy Crowe, 25, Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $50 for driving under suspension and $30 for a one-way street violation.

Dustin Brooks, 27, Center Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

For expired plates, Jeffery Cowart, 42, Kent Street, East Liverpool, was fined $20.

Wesley Morris, 70, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, was fined $40 for a stop sign violation and $30 for no seat belt.

An assault charge was dismissed against Jeffery Crowe, 50, Riverside Avenue, after the alleged victim's whereabouts could not be determined.

Pretrials were set for Zane Carter, 24, Maple Avenue, charged with theft, driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, drug abuse and no turn signal, Feb. 27; Shane Carpenter, Nevada Street, charged with cruelty to animals, animals running at large, no dog license and no rabies control, two counts, March 13; and Justin Gunther, 32, Holliday Street, East Liverpool, charged with possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving under suspension, no license plate light, March 13.
