The Review
East Liverpool city street crews spent much of Tuesday's sunny weather removing tons of snow from along the curbs and hauling it to an empty lot on Second Street. Officials have said the city's unique hilly terrain necessitates removing snow from those areas before flatter areas and alleys for safety reasons. Removing snow from along the curb has also proven difficult, they said, because residents have no place to park their vehicles while the removal takes place. (Photo by Jo Ann Bobby-Gilbert)
