TORONTO - Mary Florence Miller, age 96 a homemaker of Toronto (Knoxville), passed away at her home Friday, Jan. 24, 2014.
Born April 30, 1917, in Bakersville, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Morris and Etta Miller Meyers.
She attended the Sugar Grove United Methodist Church, Sugar Grove, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert C. "Abe" Miller.
Survivors include her daughters, Ruth Cairo of Dayton, and Joyce Wiley of Toronto; son, Albert C. Miller Jr. of Carmichaels, Pa.; sister, Ruth Mehal of Jefferson, Pa.; eight grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great- grandchildren; and 16 great-great- great-grandchildren.
Visitation hours will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, and from 10-11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 31, at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
A celebration service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 31, at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Willson officiating. Interment will follow at the Knoxville Cemetery, Toronto (Knoxville).
