In Municipal Court Monday, Virginia R. Gibbs, 21, Darlington, Pa., was fined $100 for speeding, with a driving under suspension charge dismissed.
Sean M. Russell, 47, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $30 for no seat belt, with 14 hours of community service given in lieu of the fines.
Nagennia N. Wright, 36, Denver Street, was fined $30, each, on charges of marked lanes and no seat belt, with eight community service hours given in lieu of the fines. A charge of no license plate light was dismissed.
Joshua N. Douds, Clark Street, was fined $40 for speeding and $30 for no seat belt.
A motion hearing was scheduled Feb. 4 for Frank J. Bursick Jr., 51, East Liverpool Road, charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest. He is currently being held without bond.
Pretrials were scheduled for Todd A. Hawthorne, 31, Boring Lane, charged with theft and driving under suspension, Jan. 30; Steven K. Hager,43, Homewood Avenue, violating a protection order, Feb. 18; Jessica S. Chapman, 34, May Street, petty theft, Feb. 27; and Kelly M. Mobley, 35, Saint John Street, criminal trespass and theft, fourth offense, Feb. 27.
Charges of driving under suspension and no plate light were dismissed against Miles L. Reynolds, 25, Bank Street. The DUS charge was dismissed due to an error by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
