In Columbiana County Municipal Court Justina M. Desarro, 23, County Home Road, Lisbon, waived her right to an extradition hearing so she can be returned to Hancock County, W.Va., where she faces charges of shoplifting third offense and failure to appear.
Dustin J. Hulton, 31, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $950, had his license suspended for 24 months, required 50 hours community service and sentenced to 30 days in jail for OVI first offense and driving under FRA suspension. A speeding citation was dismissed.
Thomas E. Altimore Jr., 44, Massillon, was fined $430 and had his license suspended for six months for no license, speeding, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia for marijuana and rolling papers found in a Tiger Woods tin in his vehicle.
Clinton C. Gibson, 25, Willard Road, Hanoverton, was fined $150 for a miscellaneous wildlife violation for failure to properly tag a deer during deer season.
Randall E. Law, 56, Reminderville, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from a one way street violation.
Donald Leo Bagdassarian Jr., 43, Youngstown, was fined $100 for driving under FRA suspension.
Lloyd J. McKinney, 57, West Main Street, East Palestine, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct for creating a risk of harm while voluntarily intoxicated on Tuesday.
A Feb. 20 pretrial was set for Michael J. Hanna, 28, Canton, cited with speeding.
A Feb. 25 pretrial was set for Laura A. Buckley, 39, Hudson Drive, Boardman, cited with hit skip and improper backing.
A Feb. 27 pretrial was set for Michael E. Haldiman, 29, Heck Road, East Palestine, cited with hit skip and a stop sign.
A March 4 pretrial was set for James R. Temple, 64, East Lake Road, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.
A March 27 pretrial was set for Josie Marie McKinley, 20, McGeehan Road, Lisbon, cited with drug abuse for possession of marijuana.
