Kimballyn M. Smith, 49, Steubenville, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to falsification.
Smith is accused of facilitating fraud by forging documents signed at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Lisbon on Feb. 12, 2013.
She faces up to 180 days in jail and a $1,000 fine. Sentencing is set for March 17.
