Abandoned and burned out structures litter the East Liverpool skyline from the East End to Pleasant Heights. It's almost as if East Liverpool has been transformed into post-war Berlin.
How many dilapidated buildings and residences must we endure before our city fathers decided enough is enough? If there was a shred of responsibility rattling around in that city hall of ours, action to remediate blight would be in full throttle.
East Liverpool cannot expect to attract jobs and sober tax-paying residents so long as our town is riddled with rat traps and collapsing buildings.
