EAST LIVERPOOL- Nancy A. Fordyce Doutt passed away at the age of 84 on Thursday afternoon, Jan. 16, 2014. Mrs. Doutt, of Eagle Drive in Turkana Hills, passed away at East Liverpool City Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Born in Cleveland on Feb. 18, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Dr. W. G. Fordyce and Elizabeth Caldwell Fordyce. A homemaker and a Presbyterian by faith, she was a 1946 graduate of East Liverpool High School. As a member of the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association she was a faithful attendee of its annual Olde Guard Luncheon.
Nancy was a very loving and devoted wife as well as a wonderful mother and grandmother who lovingly enjoyed the time she spent with her family. She enjoyed traveling throughout the United States while visiting her children and grandchildren, meeting and making new friends along the way. After residing 20 years in Lancaster, Pa., she and her retired husband moved to Colorado.

She is survived by her husband of over 65 years, Dr. Richard F. Doutt, whom she married on July 16, 1948, a daughter, Karen Sapra, wife of Rakesh, of Alpharetta, Ga., and three sons; Richard F., Jr., husband of Karen, of Cornwall, Pa., Harry, husband of Suzy, of Willow Street, Pa. and Michael, husband of Sue, of Madison, Ala. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Nancy was preceded in death by a daughter, Marianne Doutt, a grandson, Jason Doutt, her sister Marjorie Ronan and husband E. W. Ronan.

Burial will be in Estes Park, Colorado, where she formerly resided for over 20 years, at Estes Valley Memorial Gardens.
