In Municipal Court Wednesday, Robert A. Green, 32, Saint George Street, was fined $100 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.
Teja T. Isleman, 18, Hubbard, was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for carrying a concealed weapon. She was given the same fine, sentence and probation for leaving the scene, for which she also received a 180-day license suspension. For disregard to safety, she was fined $65.
Scott A. Miller, 44, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended and placed on probation two years for driving under suspension. For leaving the scene, Miller was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years. He was fined $65 for assured clear distance, with a second DUS charge and reckless operation charge dismissed.
David L. Douds, 55, Clark Street, was fined $200 and sentenced to one day for disorderly conduct, with credit of one day given for time served.
Robert K. Barrett, 29, East Sixth Street, was sentenced to 15 jail days for theft, with credit given for 14 days served.
Marsha Delligatti, 49, Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $50 for littering. Pretrial was scheduled Feb. 14 on two counts of property rental license violations.
Charges of failing to file city income tax returns were dismissed against Robert E. Craig, 56, and Peggy L. Craig, both of Oakwood Avenue, and Timothy R. Click, 46, May Street.
A jury trial was scheduled March 20 for Richard A. Miles III, 38, 7th Avenue, charged with criminal damaging.
Pretrials were scheduled Jan. 23 for Serena A. Jacobs, 21, New Manchester, W.Va., charged with petty theft, possession of criminal tools and complicity and for Gene B. Wright, 30, New Cumberland, W.Va., charged with two counts of complicity, with bond set at $15,000 for each. They are charged with stealing ammunition from Dunham's in Calcutta. A third suspect in the case, Kimberly L. Jacobs, 37, Trailview Drive, East Liverpool, who is charged with complicity to theft, failed to a appear and a bench warrant was ordered.
A second arraignment was set Jan. 22 for Kyle D. Merriman, 24, Sprucevale Road, on an OVI charge.
