In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Richard D. Rankin III, 18, Pueblo Lane, Columbiana, was fined $200 and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. A second domestic violence charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from Rankin throwing his phone at his mother, going to the kitchen for a knife, which his father caused him to drop and then going into the kitchen for a handgun before a struggle for the handgun occurred with his father.

Vicki C. Rockhold, 51, Lucille Lane, Lisbon, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from failure to control.

Charles R. Beverly, 49, state Route 164, Lisbon, was fined $150 for hunting without permission.

Brenston T. Thompkins, County Home Road, Lisbon, was fined $150, required 40 hours community service, sentenced to 32 days in jail and credited with five days served for assault after he struck another inmate, Shawn M. Cunningham in the face, breaking his jaw on Oct. 17.

Matthew W. Juillerat, 22, Latta Road, East Palestine, was fined $150 for driving under suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.

Anthony Kinder, 21, state Route 172, Lisbon, was fined $100 for two counts of trapping violations.

Samuel G. Amendolara, 60, Canfield, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Carolyn S. Sheely, 55, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for speeding.

Christopher C. Flatt, 18, East College Street, Alliance, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail for abuse of harmful intoxicants.

Joseph G. Wojtecki, 90, North Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $50 for driving under suspension.

Alyssha Hoberek, Princeton Avenue, East Liverpool, was ordered to pay $900 in restitution to Shirley Alamel for a previous criminal damaging conviction for damage to a vehicle when she reportedly intentionally ran into another vehicle.

A Jan. 16 pretrial was set for Darryl M. Pudder, 41, Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, charged with assault for allegedly injuring Shenia Kneib on Oct. 10.

A Jan. 21 pretrial was set for Shayne M. Stone, 50, state Route 39, Wellsville, cited with domestic violence for allegedly threatening his ex-wife and current girlfriend, Trudy Andrews, by kicking down a card table, threatening to hit her, grabbing her dog, throwing her across the room, hitting the wall and then slapping her in the face with his hand.

A Jan. 23 pretrial was set for William R. Halligan, 48, state Route 45, Lisbon, cited with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing the neck of a teenage boy who was protecting his mother during a domestic dispute on Jan. 10.

A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for Nathaniel G. Russell, 19, New Galilee, Pa., charged with underage consumption.

A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for Brandon M. Huff, 19, East Third Street, Salem, cited with receiving stolen property for allegedly offering to return rented games to Family Video for Rebecca Hartley on Dec. 15 and then selling them instead to Game On for $13 each.

William Lemon, 40, Alliance, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from commercial speeding.

Ryan J. Weaver, 32, Warren, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.

A Feb. 11 pretrial was set for Natasha A. Miller, 20, McDonald Street, East Liverpool, cited with possess instruments to ingest or inhale controlled substances and open container in a motor vehicle.

A Feb. 24 pretrial was set for Robert J. Ketchum, 26, East Third Street, Salem, cited with receiving stolen property and theft for allegedly taking several items from Walmart in Salem on Nov. 10. He also allegedly pawned numerous items stolen from Walter Sneed at the Cashland in Salem on Nov. 8 and Nov. 13, including eight PS3 titles, PS3 game components, an electric heat gun, an electric staple gun, an electric sander, a circular saw and 17 DVD movies for a total of $112.

A Feb. 24 pretrial was set for Michael E. McGee, 55, Canton, charged with theft for allegedly driving two accomplices after hey allegedly stole items from the Walmart in Salem on Nov. 30.

A Jan. 16 court trial was set for James E. Burkholder, 50, East State Street, Salem, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly falling into the roadway while intoxicated on West Fourth Street, Salem, on Friday.

A Jan. 21 court trial was set for Jonathan J. Abbott, 26, Jennings Avenue, Salem, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly walking intoxicated on the sidewalk in the area of Franklin Avenue at South Lundy with an open container of Beams Eight Star Liquor in his hand and nearly falling over multiple times, before falling near a Salem patrol car. He then reportedly began to yell while being transported to the police department and banged his head of the partition in the car multiple times.

A Jan. 23 pretrial was set for Joseph L. McIntosh, 26, Quaker Church Road, East Rochester, cited with speeding and domestic violence for allegedly hitting his estranged wife in the head, pushed her face into a wall, grabbed her by the arms and bent her right hand back while attempting to take her phone away.

A Feb. 10 pretrial was set for Patrick Moore, 28, West Chestnut Street, Lisbon, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly calling his estranged wife and making a threatening statement he would kill her and her family on Dec. 28. A pretrial was also scheduled for an unrelated drug paraphernalia citation for a syringe reportedly found under Moore in September when medical personnel moved him.

A Feb. 11 pretrial was set for Jenna Traversa, 19, Summit Street, Salem, charged with complicity to commit theft.

A Feb. 13 pretrial was set for Jozi L. Maury, 22, Malvern, cited with OVI first offense and marked lanes.

A Feb. 24 pretrial was set for Edward A. Duko II, 27, Cedar Street, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense and a headlights violation.
