The Review
This American flag at the corner of Ninth Street and Collins Memorial Drive in Chester has been the subject of several complaints to the city since it became entangled with the utility pole and was recently mentioned in a Chester City Council meeting. The Chester Street Department normally takes the flags down when they put up the Christmas wreaths. The flag is adjacent to the memorial for Chester native Rodney Ray Collins, a Vietnam War veteran who died in 1969. (Photo by Stephen Huba)
