In Municipal Court Monday, a preliminary hearing was scheduled by Judge Melissa Byers Emmerling on Jan. 9 for Scott A. McKinnon, 52, College Street, who is charged with felonious assault in connection with an incident that sent Lisa C. Taylor to a Pittsburgh hospital. According to court records, this was the second offense McKinnon committed against the same alleged victim, and he was ordered to have no contact with Taylor. Cash/surety bond was set at $150,000.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled Jan. 9 for Cory D. Miller, 29, Blossom Hill, charged with aggravated burglary, with $75,000 cash/surety bond set. He was ordered to have no contact with Michelle Kirbaugh.
Vicki M. Coakley, 48, McClain Road, Wellsville, was fined $50 for speeding.
Marilyn F. Compton, 65, McCoy Avenue, was fined $30 for a marked lanes violation.
Pretrial was scheduled Feb. 6 for Daner D. Adkins Jr., Pennsylvania Avenue Extension, charged with theft.
Second arraignment was scheduled Jan. 8 for Michael J. Salsberry, 38, Givens Road, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence, with $5,000 cash/surety bond set. He was ordered to have no contact with Tiffany Watkins.
A second pretrial was scheduled Jan. 23 for Douglas C. Toothman, 36, Smithfield Street, charged with aggravated menacing, with bond reset at $1,000 cash/surety.
