Eric E. Raab, 43, of Ravenna, struck a deer while driving on U.S. Route 30 in Elkrun Township at 6:40 p.m. Saturday.

David C. Tilton, 60, Dunn Street, East Liverpool, struck a deer while driving on state Route 7 in Rogers at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

Brandon A. Smith, 22, Georgetown Road, Salem, struck a deer while driving on state Route 7 in Elkrun Township at 5 a.m. Saturday.

Joshua G. Ackler, 27, Gromley Road, Salem, was eastbound on Salem Grange Road in Salem Township at 4:15 p.m. Dec. 24 and began to brake for a stopped postal vehicle and slid off the left side into a ditch and overturned. He was cited for failure to control and seat belt and taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with minor injuries.

Alexander J. Fedor, 84, Poland, was southbound on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 6:13 p.m. Thursday and went off the west edge into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control.

Alyssa B. Fernando, 27, Lisbon Street, Paris, was northbound on state Route 9 in Hanover Township at 4:40 p.m. Thursday and William B. Oden, 52, Hamburg, Ariz., was northbound and struck Fernando from behind. Oden was cited for assured clear distance.

Sally B. Collins, 65, Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was southbound on state Route 45 in Salem at 3:15 p.m. Thursday and slid off the right side into a mailbox and a tree. She was cited for failure to control.

Susan L. Fender, 54, Eagleton Road, Lisbon, was southbound on state Route 11 in Madison Township at 5:32 a.m. Thursday and hit a deer.

Nicole M. Polley, 25, Cleveland Street, Salem, was southbound on state Route 9 in Butler Township at 6:55 p.m. Wednesday and Emily E. Ehrenberg, 17, South Union Avenue, Salem, was eastbound on Slater Road and failed to yield from a stop sign and struck Polley. Both were taken to the Salem hospital with minor injuries and Ehrenberg was cited for failure to yield. Polley's passenger, Kevin C. Blackburn, 28, state Route 9, Hanoverton, was also taken to Salem Hospital with minor injuries.

Daniel C. Westfall, 40, Perry Street, Lisbon, was westbound on state Route 154 in Elkrun Township at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday and went off the right side into a series of trees. He was cited for failure to control.

Eduardo A. Clark, 26, Cuyahoga Falls, was northbound on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday and attempted to pass another car and went off the right side into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control.

Kyle S. Karcher, 33, Cocoa Beach, Florida, was eastbound on Carmel Achor Road in Rogers at 5:53 p.m. Monday and swerved to avoid a deer and went off the right side into a tree.

Babette M. Protillo, 50, Pflugerville, Texas, was northbound on state Route 9 in Hanover Township at 5:45 p.m. Monday and hit a deer.

Sally D. Stone, 72, Township Line Road, Wellsville, was eastbound on state Route 39 in Washington Township at 5:40 p.m. Monday and hit a deer.

Amanda R. Lankford, 34, Cider Mill Road, Salem, was northbound on McCormick Run Road in Madison Township at 3:20 p.m. Monday and went off the left side into a utility pole and an embankment. She was cited for failure to control and taken to the Salem hospital with minor injuries.

Christina M. Franers, 33, Stagecoach Road, East Liverpool, was eastbound on McCoy Avenue in St. Clair Township at 12:32 p.m. Monday and went off the south side into a culvert and a stop sign. She was cited for failure to control.

Eduardo Clark, 26, Cuyahoga Falls, was driving north on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday when, as he attempted to pass another driver, he lost control of his vehicle and drove off into a ditch. Clark was cited for failure to control.

Emily Dickerhoof, 22, Hanselman Road, Homeworth, and David Wingett, 58, Hartley Road, Beloit, were both at a stop light at Westville Lake Road in Knox Township at 11:50 a.m. Monday when Dickerhoof was backing up to make room to enter the gas station and hit Wingett in the process. Dickerhoof was cited for improper starting and backing.

Nicole Schultz, 40, state Route 558, Columbiana, was driving west on state Route 558 at 8:30 a.m. Monday when she was hit by Nina Ricker, 56, Woodville Road, Leetonia, who failed to yield for Schultz at the intersection of Woodville Road and state Route 558. Both drove off of different sides of the road and struck ditches. Both were treated for minor injuries. Ricker was cited for failure to yield to right of way.

Brian Seevers, 47, Center Street, Lisbon, was driving south on U.S. Route 30 in Elkrun Township at 6:30 a.m. Monday when he hit a deer.

Wanda Hildebrand, 56, Pickering Street, East Liverpool, was driving north on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 8 p.m. Dec. 29 when the driver side front wheel assembly broke completely off the hub.

Teresa Stratton, 53, state Route 14, Beloit, was driving north on state Route 9 in Hanover Township at 8:09 p.m. Dec. 29 when she drove off the road and hit a utility pole and telephone box before hitting a parked vehicle owned by Tom May, state Route 9, Kensington. Stratton was taken to Salem hospital for minor injuries and was cited for failure to control. Stratton also acknowledged having two beers three hours before driving. A blood sample was taken, but no charges for OVI were filed pending results.

Nathan Dickinson, 18, South State Street, New Waterford, was driving south on Creek Road in Fairfield Township at 10:04 p.m. Dec. 28 when he lost control, drove off the road and struck a ditch. After collecting information, a trooper later recognized an odor of marijuana from Dickinson, and performed several sobriety tests which determined, along with his actions and inconsistency in his statement, that he was under the influence, and was cited for OVI and failure to control.

Daniel Seitz, 50, Echo Dell Road, East Liverpool, was driving southwest on state Route 7 in Madison Township at 11:35 p.m. Saturday when he struck Douglas Lilly, 29, Warren Avenue, East Liverpool, who was driving northeast on state Route 7 and attempted to turn into a private drive. Seitz then went off the road and struck a guardrail. Lilly was cited for failure to yield to right of way.
